Kalimoni Mission Hospital which services the vulnerable population around the city of Juja, Kenya. Mary Help of the Sick Mission Hospital which services the vulnerable population around the city of Taika, Kenya. This is hospital has been supported by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. since 1969 and has helped to elevate the level of care provided by the hospital.

Lack of clean water is still a problem in many rural Kenyan communities. In May 2023 Kevin Shinn and Annie International partnered with the community of Kamresi in Western Kenya to dig a well that now provides clean water to 1,126 people.
